It's a reference to this. Dullahan is the name of the bike. It also suffers a tragic fate. If you like anime, Hataraku no Maou Sama is hilarious, and worth the watch.
But yes, it is also the name of the Headless Horseman in Gaelic lore, which is also referenced in an anime called Durarara!
I love mythology.

I bought 100 Pythons trying to learn how to fly.
I crashed a LOT of pythons. I have since skilled out of them, since I was only told to spec into it by Zatara.
